No Drip Siphon Fed Round Pattern

No drip siphon fed round pattern nozzles are great where no liquid pressure is available and a thin coating is needed at a specific area. No drip siphon nozzles work best with a suction height of 36″ or less. Since these nozzles are siphon fed, the compressed airflow draws the liquid in and mixes it internally. Liquid flow is dependent both on th gravity or suction height and the airflow. These nozzles provide the most liquid flow of any siphon fed nozzle.
No drip atomizing spray nozzles work in the same way our standard atomizing nozzles do, but have the added benefit of positively stopping liquid flow when compressed air is shut off.

EXAIR’s new 1/8 NPT No Drip Siphon Fed Air Atomizing Spray Nozzles provide a constant and consistent flow of unpressurized fluid for applications such as marking, lubricating, rinsing, cooling, quenching, wetting (humidifying), dust control and humidification. The intelligent design of this Siphon Fed Spray Nozzle allows for the absence of fluid pressure and in turn uses gravity fed fluids or lifted fluids from a 36″ (91cm) siphon height with the added benefit of forcibly stopping fluid flow when the compressed air is turned off becomes.

Post-spray drips waste valuable resources such as expensive coatings, chemicals or water, and unwanted drips can ruin product function on sealing or mating surfaces as well as ruin the appearance of painted or coated surfaces. EXAIR’s No Drip atomizer nozzles are ideal for these situations where dripping is not permitted. When the compressed air supply is switched off, the no-drip nozzle inevitably shuts off the liquid flow, eliminating the possibility of dripping.

Compared to the larger dimensions of the drip-free nozzles in the 1/4″ and 1/2″ sizes, the new 1/8″ size is reduced accordingly. This makes the smaller 1/8″ nozzle interesting for applications with limited installation space.

EXAIR’s No Drip Siphon Fed atomizer nozzles are available in round and flat fan fluid patterns. The volume of liquid flow depends on either gravity or suction height combined with air pressure. All EXAIR spray nozzles, which include nozzles for pressure-fed applications, are made of 303 stainless steel, increasing durability and corrosion resistance. They are available with 1/8, 1/4 or 1/2 NPT inlets in a variety of styles, flow rates and fluid patterns. Mounting brackets are also available for easy installation in certain areas of the product lines. They are CE compliant and free of conflict minerals.
