Treatment of compressed air and technical breathing air for painting work
In the KSI ECOCLEAN® PFU filter combinations, KSI has combined the elements required to provide breathing air/painting air. Because anyone who paints properly needs clean compressed air – whether for operating the paint shop, for providing breathing air for the painter, or for both applications.
In breathing air preparation, the compressed air flows through three filtration stages after being dried with a refrigeration dryer or adsorption dryer. After the first filtration of particles down to 5 microns (including water separation function) and the second filtration stage with 0.01 microns, the air flows through an activated carbon filter: the end result is 100% technically particle and oil-free air.
In KSI ECOCLEAN® FILTER COMBI PFU 3, KSI has brought together the necessary elements of (breathing) air treatment and supply for painting booths:
