Mechanical pipe plug 8 bar

Pipe plug for shutting off and testing pipes, for internal pipe pressures up to 8 bar. Made of water and oil resistant nitrile rubber, with metal parts made of galvanized steel. Depending on the model, pipe plugs are available with nominal diameters of 12 – 90 mm and plug lengths of 20 – 40 mm.

High pressure pipe stopper with single rubber seal

High-pressure pipe closure with bypass and rubber ring made of nitrile rubber (water and oil resistant). Suitable for shutting off and testing pipelines for internal pipe pressures of up to 12 bar. With metal parts made of galvanized steel. Our high-pressure pipe stoppers are available in DN 85 – 255 mm.

Pneumatic pipe plug with 1″/2″ bypass

Pneumatic pipe closure for pipelines from DN 200 – 600, up to 4 bar back pressure, with 1″ or 2″ passage. The pipe plug consists of a robust metal core with a rubber jacket and can be inflated via an auto valve, at a maximum inflation pressure of 6 bar.

Shut-off discs with 1 sealing ring in steel or aluminium

Pipe shut-off discs with passage (1/2″, 1″ or 2″ depending on model) for closing pipelines, mainly for pressureless closing. Available nominal widths from DN 40 – 600.

Our shut-off disks are suitable for all types of pipes and are resistant to wear and waste water. The passage discs have a screwed-on sight cover with sealing ring.

Materials: 1 sealing ring made of NR rubber and disc made of steel or aluminium.

Shut-off discs with 2 sealing rings in steel or aluminium

Pipe shut-off discs with passage (1/2″ or 1″ depending on model) for closing pipelines, mainly for pressureless closing. Available nominal widths from DN 40 – 400.

Our shut-off disks are suitable for all types of pipes and are resistant to wear and waste water. The passage discs have a screwed-on sight cover with sealing ring.

Materials: 2 sealing rings made of NR rubber and disc made of steel or aluminium. Shut-off discs with 2 sealing rings achieve a higher sealing surface, which increases safety.

Pipe Shut-Off Disc with Multi Closure, 1 Sealing Ring

Pipe Shut-Off Disc DN 425 – 575 with Multi Closure and sealing ring. Mechanical pipe shut-off with 2″ Bypass.

Suitable for all types of pipelines, water resistant.

Material: Disc made of steel with aluminium coating, Sealing ring made of natural (NR) rubber.

Pipeline cleaning tools

Pipeline cleaning pig made of soft open-pored polyurethane foam, reinforced by a waterproof polyurethane base plate. Effortlessly passes through valves, throttles, manifolds and 1.5 D-bows due to its high elasticity. Possible diameter reduction of 50%. On request, we can also supply a highly compressed version (with or without outer skin).

Application: for drying, removal of humidity or in case of soiling. Available in diameters from 75 – 670 mm, length 150 – 900 mm.
