HD Bendy packer DN 40-230 mm, Length up to bis 1300 mm
HD Bendy packer for sewer rehabilitation in pipe bends. Multidimensional bend rehabilitation packer from 45° to 180° degrees with small packer diameter. Covers up to 3 dimensions. Dimensionally stable arch packer without cross-sectional constriction in pipe bends, suitable for all pipe materials. Can be processed with conventional ECR glass fibre mats. Various designs from DN 40 – 230 mm available from us.

House connection packer with brushes 2.5 bar
Inflatable packer with brushes, 2.5 bar. Sizes available: diameter nominal from 50 to 200 mm and length 0.7 to 5.0 meters.
The unique design of our inflatable packers always enables central position of the packer no matter what pipe diameter has to be repaired. There is no risk for the packer to be stuck while being pushed or pulled through out the pipe. The brush sliding ends are made of material with reflecting properties against resin and can easily be replaced with new ones.
Lateral Packers
Lateral packers are products that are used to repair laterals (home pipelines). Lateral packers are manufactured from SBR+NR mixed rubber and strong fabrics. They are able to run between -30°C and + 70°C. They are tested at the 1,3 times higher than their pressure and have very high bursting pressure.
Elbow packer for rehabilitation in pipe bends
Flexible elbow packers for rehabilitation work in pipe bends of various lengths. Very robust packers made of SBR + NR-mixed rubber and strengthening fabric. Temperature range between -30° C and +70° C. Tested at 1.3 times the working pressure. Different models in lengths up to 5 m for applications from 50 – 170 mm available from us.
Wide Range Lateral Packer For Wide Range Of Application
The Wide Range Packer is a very flexible rubber packer that is available in various sizes from 30 – 600 mm and lengths up to 5000 mm. Thanks to its smooth surface, it is not only more archable than conventional lateral packers, but less resin also sticks to it. The flexible material enables larger dimensional jumps when used than with standard packers. The Wide Range Lateral Packer is completely made of rubber and does not have an aluminium band at the ends like standard packers.

Carbolith PL resin for partial sewer rehabilitation
The HD resin system is balanced for high as well as low processing temperatures. The hardening process is controllable individual. We offer non-foaming plasticised two-component resin with good adhension even on moist surfaces for bonding partial liners at sewer rehabilitation. DIBt approval (German Centre of Competence for Construction).

Tubular Foil for Short Liner Rehabilitation
New: not an ordinary stretch film, but a film jacket = tube made of robust film , into which the packer is simply pushed.
Advantages:
- Prevents deformation of the packer due to incorrect winding when using stretch film
- Faster and cleaner work
- After the renovation process, you can simply take the packer out of the hose again without having to cut the film directly on the packer
Application instructions:
- Variable in length, simply cut the desired length from the roll and close the open ends with some tape or a clip so that the packer does not slip out of the bag when positioning
- Please select the diameter of the foil bag according to the size of the pipe to be renovated or the renovation packer when inflated
- For sheet packers that expand in all dimensions (including length) when inflated, it is important to size the film tube accordingly!
