The Debem AISIBOXER range of air operated double diaphragm pumps are designed for applications in the food, beverage, cosmetics and hair care industries. The pumps are manufactured in mechanically polished AISI 316L stainless steel and are certified according to EU/1935-2004, MOCA, FDA conform and ATEX directives, among others.
Aisiboxer double diaphragm pumps are ideally suited for all hygienic applications, for pumped media with high viscosity and contained suspended solids. Flow rate 100 – 340 l/min depending on model.

Volumetric air pump with double diaphragm, in mechanically polished AISI 316 L. Suction and delivery connections: 1 1/2″ clamp, air connection: 3/8″ f BSPP. Maximum suction capacity with pump switched on 9.5 m. Maximum diameter of suspended solids: 7 mm.

AISIBOXER-03 Max Flow Rate 340 l/min
Volumetric air pump with double diaphragm, in mechanically polished AISI 316 L. Suction and delivery connections: 2″ clamp, air connection: 1/2″ f BSPP. Maximum suction capacity with pump switched on 9.5 m. Maximum diameter of suspended solids: 15 mm.
