What is the EasySwitch Vacuum?

The EasySwitch vacuum cleaner simplifies the filter change process when switching from dry material to a liquid or vice versa. With minimal compressed air consumption, the EasySwitch is a powerful pneumatic vacuum cleaner ideal for any application – wet, dry, light and heavy.

The EasySwitch is designed to perform even the most demanding cleaning jobs in the industrial sector with ease. The EasySwitch vacuum cleaner from EPUTEC uses a standard or HEPA certified filter when vacuuming dry material. The quick and easy changeover to vacuuming wet dirt is done by releasing a latch and simply removing the filter element. The EasySwitch vacuum cleaner, which works exclusively with compressed air, is a powerful vacuum cleaner that requires no electrical power. Since the vacuum generator has no moving parts and works without electricity, there are no problems associated with the use of electric wet vacuum cleaners, such as defective parts, engine failure or personal safety.

Compared to the standard filter, the HEPA filter achieves a significantly higher level of filtration, meaning that much smaller and finer particles can be filtered out. The HEPA filter is particularly suitable in dusty environments, with a filtration of at least 99.7% at 0.3 microns.

How the EasySwitch wet/dry vacuum cleaner works

The EasySwitch vacuum cleaner has a filter flap that is secured with a simple latch and allows easy filter installation and removal. No additional springs, clips or fasteners are required. A rubber handle (1) is connected to the filter latch (2). The flap can be lifted by unlocking the handle from the container lid. As soon as the flap is lifted, the filter (3) can be easily installed or removed. The filter simply extends from the filter flap opening. For installation, simply place the filter on the edge seal (4) of the filter flap opening. For operation, close the latch and secure the rubber handle (1). With the filter installed, the suction cup works with dry dirt, with the filter removed it works with wet dirt. As soon as the container is filled with liquid, the vacuum cleaner switches off automatically via a float switch.
