The 3-stage maintenance unit from EPUTEC is used for the ideal preparation of compressed air in all production areas, including food production and clean room areas. In addition, the high quality of the compressed air ensures the durability and freedom from maintenance of our compressed air products.
The regular replacement of the filter inserts of your maintenance units / filters is essential for the efficient use of the compressed air. This will reduce your compressed air consumption, increase work safety and, ultimately, the quality of your product. The EPUTEC maintenance unit is operated in the 3rd stage with an activated carbon filter, which should be replaced after 300 – 400 operating hours or when the compressors are being serviced.

Scope of delivery
High-quality filter combination, 583 – 9,000 standard liters / min., Connection 1/4 ″ – 1 1/4 ″ with pre-assembled 3-stage filtration, consisting of:
1st stage: APF83MFO = 1 micron filtration with water separation function and automatic condensate drain. This stage is important for the upstream separation of oil from the compressed air, since oil is bound to water in the compressed air circuit. Fine filter element for the separation of aerosols up to 0.5 mg / m³ and solid particles up to 1 µm.
2nd stage: APF83SMA = 0.01 micron filtration with automatic condensate drain, ultra-fine filter element for the separation of aerosols up to 0.01 mg / m³ and solid particles up to 0.01 µm.
3rd stage: APF83CA = <0.003 mg / m³ activated carbon filtration with manual condensate drain, activated carbon filter element for separating oil vapors and odors up to 0.003 mg / m³ including connection set APF-VEE-3-M, manometer for displaying the inlet pressure and pressure regulator.
