For powerful cleaning, deburring and targeted cooling of hot workpieces, we recommend our OmniStream solid jet nozzles. These nozzles have a conical water jet that can reach great distances.
The ring-shaped spray mist of a hollow cone nozzle is used for dust suppression and air humidification, among other things. These popular spray nozzles cover a large area while using less liquid than a solid jet nozzle.
Flat spray nozzles produce a wide, fan-shaped film of water and are used for washing, rinsing and surface cleaning. Their main advantage is that they apply water more evenly, using less water.
