Pipeline cleaning tool made of a soft open-pored polyurethane foam, reinforced by a waterproof polyurethane base plate, easily passes through valves, throttles, manifolds and 1.5 D-bows due to its high elasticity.

Applications: Cleaning of longer stretches with constrictions and heavier soiling, hydrostatic tests, sealing. Robust cleaning pig available in nominal diameters from 50 to 1600 mm (internal diameter of the pipeline), with length from 155 to 1760 mm.
The foam pigs made of high-quality polyurethane foam are used, among other things, for cleaning and drying existing and newly laid pipelines and piping systems. The pigs are made of specially developed plastics and are refined according to the area of application.The foam pig type MVA is additionally completely covered with polyurethane. This is primarily used for cleaning longer sections with constrictions and a high degree of contamination. In addition, the pig is suitable for hydrostatic tests and is also very well suited for sealing during repair work.
